Finance & HR Supervisor

FUNCTION
Reporting directly to the KSA Country Manager this person will be responsible for the Financial Component as well as the Human Resources and general office administration related activities of the A.Hak branch in Dammam industrial city No2.

FINANCE RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Project cost/profitability measurement & reporting.
  • General book keeping activities required in branch office.
  • Petty cash administration and control – petty cash box and reconciliation.
  • Local cash disbursements (per diems, local purchases, etc)
  • Coordinate with Regional Finance controller in Abu Dhabi regarding inputs for Management Reporting.
  • Monthly financial reporting as required.
  • Collecting and collating information for invoice preparation.
  • Monitoring and follow-up of customer payments.

HR & ADMIN RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assistance in arranging LOI and visas for A.Hak team and others.
  • Dealing with local GRO (A.Hak Pipelines) and assistance with related issues.
  • Arranging of Flights and local logistics including corresponding with other A.Hak entities.
  • Arranging and taking care of KSA office facilities & accommodation requirements including dealing with landlords and hotels, bookings and payment.
  • Leave and field break administration of local team.
  • Coordinate local medical related matters and staff welfare.
  • Control & arranging of office supplies (stationary, cleaning materials, refreshments, etc)

POSITION
During normal operations you report directly to the Country Manager KSA with also a reporting line to Regional Finance Controller based in Abu Dhabi.

COMPETENCIES
  • Knowledge of management accounts at an intermediate level (able to provide input in correct format).
  • Control & arranging
  • Knowledge and understanding of project profitability measurement and reporting.
  • Able to manage local petty cash system and monthly recon (up to 50k SAR expected).
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of KSA HR requirements (Iqama, GOSI, LOI, Visas etc)
  • Very good computer skills especially MS Office suite (word, excel, power-point)
  • Full knowledge of use of common accounting packages (e.g. Tally, Peachtree, SAP etc)
  • Good administration and record keeping skills.
  • Experience of dealing with financial aspects of both suppliers and customers.
  • Understanding of stock control systems and maintenance of records (in conjunction with operations team).

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
    Our candidate preferably has an education in BCom Accounting/Finance, in-depth knowledge and understanding of KSA HR requirements and previous experience within the Oil and Gas Industry.

    REMUNERATION PACKAGE
    The remuneration package for a Finance & HR Supervisor consists of a Basic Salary, Housing, Transport, Medical Insurance, Vacation Days and Vacation Flight to home base country.
